Return & Refund Policy

All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened products, live breaks, or personal rip purchases.

Live Breaks & Personal Rips

  • All live breaks and personal rip purchases are final sale.

  • Once a break begins, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted.

  • Cards are opened live and condition is visible during the stream.

Sealed Products

  • Sealed products may only be eligible for return if:

    • The item arrives damaged, or

    • The item received is incorrect.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • Returned sealed items must remain unopened and in original condition.

Single Cards

  • Single cards are sold as-is. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, grading results, or subjective condition expectations.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package is in transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier claim process.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method after the item is returned and inspected.
